International Bhojpuri Sangam India was organized in 2002 on the soil of Azamgarh to spread the importance of folk art, folk drama and song music to the whole world. In which Governor Acharya Vishnukant Shastri was present as the chief guest and I greatly appreciated the famous folk dance Dhobia of Purvanchal.
